For final acceptance the corresponding author must pay the registration fee during the advance period.
Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Congress Secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student (PhD or Master).
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your e-mail address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on-line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank (no other confirmation will be sent).
Delegate and Student Fees include: Admission to all scientific program, conference portfolio, proceedings, opening reception, refreshments, lunches and the conference banquet.
Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 90 Euro if a request is received in writing one month before the conference dates. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
